Meet Jaime

Welcome to Phoenix Park Kids Club! My name is Jaime Poseley, and I am the proud founder of PPKC. This daycare is not just a business for me; it’s the daycare I dreamed of for my own children.

I grew up locally in Orangevale. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science from California State University, Sacramento, as well as multiple Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degrees. Before becoming a mom I worked as a Project Manager. In this role I honed my skills in organization, planning, and problem-solving.

After the birth of my twins I made the decision to leave the corporate world and focus on creating an enriching, nurturing, and safe environment for my children—and for yours! I am passionate about providing a daycare experience where children feel like they are part of an extended family, fostering their curiosity, confidence, and joy for learning.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my family. Whether it’s backpacking, camping, skiing, climbing, or bike riding, we’re always looking for fun outside. Weekends often involve long family bike rides. When the snow falls, you’ll find us heading to the mountains for some winter fun. I also enjoy practicing Acroyoga and exploring ways to stay active and connected with nature. These experiences fuel my passion for creating an active and engaging environment at Phoenix Park Kids Club.

Phoenix Park Kids Club is my way of combining my professional experience, educational background, and parenting philosophy to give every child the care and attention they deserve.
